The super-precision lapping system EJW-400IFN, mounted with a facing unit, allows the surface plate temperature to be kept constant by using a highly rigid body and a water-cooled spindle developed by Engis Japan. The EJW-400IFN lapping system uses a high-precision facing unit that can maintain constant flatness of surface plate to enable super-precision lapping.
