The JTDQVS Vision Measuring System is a high-precision dimensional inspection and contour analysis instrument developed by Dongguan Jaten Instrument Co., Limited. Built on a marble base and beam structure, the worktable remains completely stationary throughout the entire measurement process, effectively eliminating any vibration impact on the measured object — ensuring absolute accuracy even during high-speed operation.

The system is equipped with a PMI ball screw combined with TPI linear guide rails, driven by Panasonic servo motors (Japan). The high-precision RSF linear scale ensures positioning accuracy of ≤ 3 + L/200 µm on the X/Y axes and ≤ 4 + L/200 µm on the Z axis, with a repeatability of ±2 µm — meeting the most stringent inspection requirements in industrial manufacturing.

The integrated image navigation system enables rapid positioning of the target measurement area on the workpiece, greatly improving inspection efficiency. Additionally, the system supports an optional Renishaw MCP-K2 touch probe (UK) combined with a 3D module for advanced measurement applications.

QuickMeasuring V6.0 Software

The QuickMeasuring V6.0 automated measurement software runs on the Windows platform with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. It provides a comprehensive set of features:

• Multi-geometry processing: 2D/3D measurement, extraction of coordinates, dimensions, and contour profiles
• Automatic programming: Uses a teach-programming method — automatically records the entire measurement routine; the program is completed simultaneously as measurement finishes and can be saved and recalled for reuse
• DXF file import: Rapidly converts DXF files into executable measurement programs
• Coordinate system setup: Supports multiple reference origin points within a single measurement process
• Measurement unit combination: Creates new units from existing ones
• Multi-format report export: EXCEL, WORD, TXT, and DXF
