The JTDVMS-4030 is a manual coordinate measuring machine researched and manufactured by Jatentech. Equipped with a TEO™ 1/2" color CCD camera and a precise cross-line aiming system, the JTDVMS-4030 enables detailed observation and measurement with a magnification of up to 20~128X — ensuring no detail, however small, goes undetected. The machine base and column are crafted from Grade 00 granite, delivering superior stability, eliminating vibration, and maintaining consistent accuracy throughout the entire operation.

The JTDVMS series is available in 3 versions with measuring travel ranging from 200×100mm to 400×300mm, flexibly accommodating a wide variety of workpiece sizes. Accuracy reaches ≤3+L/200 µm on the X/Y axes and ≤4+L/200 µm on the Z axis, with a scale resolution of 0.5 µm — meeting the most stringent industrial inspection standards.

A standout strength of the JTDVMS lies in its comprehensive data connectivity and processing capabilities: RS-232 interface with a computer, direct data export to AutoCAD, Excel, and Word — enabling technical teams to effortlessly analyze, store, and report measurement results.
