JTDQA-3020CNC Vision Measuring System

The JTDQA Vision Measuring System is a high-precision optical inspection equipment designed for dimensional measurement and contour analysis. Built on a granite/marble base and beam structure, it effectively eliminates vibration and ensures absolute stability throughout the entire measurement process.

The system incorporates a ball screw drive mechanism combined with linear guide rails, powered by Panasonic servo motors (Japan) with dual closed-loop control, enabling high-speed positioning with outstanding accuracy. The imaging system features a 2.3-megapixel color CCD camera, a professional optical zoom lens, and a surface LED cold light source comprising 48 independently controlled groups, ensuring sharp and consistent image quality under all measurement conditions.

The QuickMeasuring automated measurement software runs on the Windows platform, supporting programmable automatic inspection, 2D/3D measurement, CAD comparison, DXF overlay, and multi-format data export (EXCEL, WORD, TXT, DXF). The system also supports an optional UK Renishaw MCP-K2 touch probe for advanced measurement applications, with a maximum load capacity of up to 35 kg.

The JTDQA is CE certified under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, making it suitable for industrial metrology, quality inspection, and technical laboratory applications in international markets. The product can be fully customized to meet specific requirements in terms of functionality, dimensions, and interface configurations.
